What are the contradictions of this experience in the perspective of integral human formation? We point the hypothesis that the educational experience of the field workers, based on the pedagogy of alternation, makes it possible to integrate the school, the family and the educating community. A priori is a historical experience and of social consciousness that conceives social practice as a space of learning, primordial for the project where it is the starting point and the arrival of the formative process. In this sense, this process is differentiated from traditional teaching. The methodological theoretical framework of the dialectical historical perspective balizes this research from the field research with the application of semi-structured interview and documentary survey. The literature review is a constant in the study. The results to some extent corroborate the hypothesis of research, since the educational experience is based on the education of the field man. This experience is guided by the formative pillars constituted by purposes and means anchored in the pedagogy of alternation. The PA is home experience mediated by didactic instruments Which allow the alternant to perform its formative process considering the school time and the community time in an integration between school and family and the community which allow the alternant to perform its formative process considering the school time and the community time in an integration between school and family and the community. This educational path guided by the praxis makes the experience, a singular one. It is an educational experience in the context of capital which limits the possibility of being an innovative educational process. However, we cannot deny that the educational experience of the CFR Gurupá holds possibilities of providing the formation of the field man "in ", "by" and "for" the work. A pesquisa ―A experiência Educativa da Casa Familiar Rural (CFR) de Gurupá/PA, objetiva analisar a experiência dessa CFR assinalando potencialidades e limites em seu projeto educativo na perspectiva da formação humana integral, mediada pela Pedagogia da Alternância. A questão central é desvelar se a experiência educativa da CFR de Gurupá mediada pela Pedagogia da Alternância pode ser configurada como uma experiência de Ensino Integrado na Educação do Campo? Quais as contradições dessa experiência na perspectiva da formação humana integral? Lançamos a hipótese que a experiência educativa dos trabalhadores do Campo na CFR de Gurupá, pautada na Pedagogia da Alternância, possibilita integrar a escola, a família e a comunidade do educando. À priori, é uma experiência histórica e de consciência social que concebe a prática social como um espaço de aprendizagem, primordial para o projeto, onde ela é ponto de partida e de chegada do processo formativo, sendo um processo que se mostra diferenciado da prática hegemônica, tradicional de ensino. O referencial teórico-metodológico da perspectiva histórico-dialética baliza esse estudo, a partir da pesquisa de campo com aplicação de entrevista semiestruturada e levantamento documental. A revisão da literatura é uma constante no estudo. Os resultados, em certa medida, corroboram com a hipótese de pesquisa, uma vez que a experiência educativa da CFR de Gurupá é pautada na educação do homem do campo na perspectiva da formação humana integral. Uma experiência norteada pelos pilares formativos, constituídos por finalidades e meios ancorados na metodologia da Pedagogia da Alternância. A PA é exeperenciada na Casa, mediada pelos instrumentos didáticos pedagógicos, os quais permitem ao alternante a realização de seu processo formativo, considerando o tempo escola e o tempo comunidade, numa conexão entre a escola, a família e a comunidade. Esse percurso educativo pautado nas práxis torna a experiência da CFR singular. Trata-se de uma experiência educativa no contexto do capital, o que limita a possibilidade de ser um processo educativo inovador. Entretanto, não podemos negar que a experiência educativa da CFR de Gurupá/PA guarda possibilidades de proporcionar a formação do homem do campo ―no‖, ―pelo‖ e ―para‖ o trabalho. La recherche "L‘expérience éducative de la maison de famille rurale (CFR) de Gurupá / PA" vise à analyser l‘expérience de ce CFR en soulignant les potentialités et les limites de son projet éducatif dans la perspective de la formation humaine intégrale, sous l‘égide de la pédagogie de l‘alternance. La question centrale est de savoir si l‘expérience pédagogique du CFR de Gurupá sous l‘égide de la pédagogie de l‘alternance peut être configurée en tant qu‘expérience d‘enseignement intégré dans l‘enseignement sur le terrain? Quelles sont les contradictions de cette expérience dans la perspective de la formation humaine intégrale? Nous avons émis l‘hypothèse que l‘expérience pédagogique des agents de terrain du CFR de Gurupá, basée sur la pédagogie de l‘alternance, permet d‘intégrer l‘école, la famille et la communauté des étudiants. A priori, il s‘agit d‘une expérience historique et d‘une conscience sociale qui conçoit la pratique sociale comme un espace d‘apprentissage, primordial pour le projet, où elle constitue le point de départ et l‘arrivée du processus de formation, processus qui se montre différent de la pratique hégémonique. , enseignement traditionnel. La référence théorique-méthodologique de la perspective historico-dialectique vise cette étude, basée sur la recherche de terrain avec application d'entretien semi-structurée et enquête documentaire. La revue de la littérature est une constante dans l‘étude. Les résultats corroborent, dans une certaine mesure, l‘hypothèse de recherche, car l‘expérience éducative de CFR de Gurupá est basée sur l‘éducation de l‘homme rural dans la perspective de la formation humaine intégrale. Une expérience guidée par les piliers formateurs, constituée de fins et de moyens ancrés dans la méthodologie de la pédagogie de l‘alternance. La PA est exécutée à la maison, sous la médiation d'outils pédagogiques pédagogiques, qui permettent d'alterner l'accomplissement de son processus de formation, en tenant compte du temps scolaire et du temps communautaire, dans un lien entre l'école, la famille et la communauté. Ce parcours éducatif basé sur la pratique rend l'expérience de la CFR unique. C'est une expérience éducative dans le contexte du capital, ce qui limite la possibilité d'être un processus éducatif innovant. Cependant, nous ne pouvons pas nier que l'expérience éducative du CFR de Gurupá / PA offre des possibilités de formation de l'homme rural "au", "par" et "au" travail.
