The family farming it ́s primordial for the supply of foods for the families in all brazilian regions and around the world. This studye had as objectives: 1) Identify the execution and effectivity of PNAE related to the municipal management; 2) Identify the social organizations involved with the local family farmers and the production profile of the foods growned; 3) Elaborate PNAE and family farming diagnose to guide the municipal managers to purchase the production of foods growned by family farmers to contribute with the local development (economic and social). The research was developed in the city of Maraparim located in the brazilian state of Pará and consists of a case study about the family farming, from Cooperative Agro-industrial of the Family Farming of Vila Maú (COOPVIMA), with emphasis in the foods production in order to subsidize the PNAE and the municipal management. For this purpose was used the Participative Rural Diagnose (DRP) and the following tools: Time Line, Agricultural Calendar and Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT). In that way, it was identified that the PNAE is a tool for local development from the insertion of family farming as a provider of healthy food for students, however, it is essential that municipal managers and people involved with the PNAE develop actions joint to change the reality of the municipality following the guidelines and objectives established by the program. A aquisição de alimentos via mercado institucional, como o Programa Nacional da Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) tem incentivado o consumo de produtos da agricultura familiar local, de grupos organizados como associações e cooperativas para fornecer alimentação saudável e com qualidade para os alunos da rede pública de ensino. A Agricultura Familiar é primordial para o fornecimento de alimentos as mesas das famílias em todas as regiões do Brasil e do mundo. Esta pesquisa teve como lócus o município de Marapanim, no estado do Pará. A pesquisa teve como objetivos: 1) Identificar os sujeitos envolvidos com a execução do PNAE no município de Marapanim; 2) Identificar as organizações sociais envolvidas com a Agricultura familiar no município; 3) Caracterizar o perfil da produção de alimentos da agricultura familiar no município via chamada pública do PNAE; 4) Elaborar diagnóstico da organização social que forneceu alimentos via chamada pública no município; 5) Elaborar Nota Técnica (NT) para auxiliar a gestão municipal na funcionalidade do PNAE em Marapanim e dessa maneira promover o desenvolvimento local a partir do fornecimento de alimentos da agricultura familiar local. A pesquisa se desenvolveu a partir de um estudo de caso, que teve como lócus a categoria produtiva agricultura familiar do município de Marapanim através da Cooperativa Agroindustrial da Agricultura Familiar de Vila Maú (COOPVIMA), com ênfase na produção de alimentos para subsidiar o PNAE e a gestão municipal. Para tal, foi utilizado o Diagnóstico Rural Participativo (DRP) com as ferramentas da Linha do tempo, Calendário Agrícola e Fortaleza Oportunidade Fraqueza Ameaça (FOFA). Dessa forma, foi identificado que o PNAE é uma ferramenta ao desenvolvimento local a partir da inserção da agricultura familiar como fornecedora de alimentos saudáveis para a alimentação dos alunos, para isso, é imprescindível que a gestão municipal e os sujeitos envolvidos com o PNAE tracem perspectivas de caminharem juntos para mudar a realidade do município, seguindo as diretrizes e os objetivos estabelecidos no programa. 2020-01-22T18:10:51Z 2020-01-22T18:10:51Z 2018-06-15 Dissertação CHAVES, Tahnity Haarad Moura.
