This young-black-poor woman from the outskirts was involved in drug trafficking and other illegality. Our objective, based on this communicative micro-situation, was to understand how people constructed senses and reacted to narratives of urban violence about this young woman from Pará State and their manifestations on institutional social networks on the Internet, specifically fan page's the news portal Diário Online (DOL) on Facebook. We selected as methodological procedures the conciliation between Content Analysis and Framework Analysis, having as perspective the understanding of the representations that people make about their reality and to their interpretation of the meanings around them. Communication is explored as a process through which experience is possible and constituted. In the analyzes we identified how young people in conditions similar to Andreza's live in a situation of invisibility, or of social death since they are denied any rights as well as being placed in the category of evil individuals against good individuals, the latter being those must be protected and defended. We have seen that hate-speech is rooted in contemporary culture and gains new unfoldings with the reinforcement of common-sense cruel ideas and the legitimation of violence. However, they need to be controlled, selected, organized, and redistributed with the support of procedures that eliminate their dangers and powers. One of the findings of this study was that when violence, which involves adolescents and young people, is ruled by the press, this one continues to have difficulties in achieving diversity, purposeful and quality information; there are lacking profound opinions, contestation, and argumentation. A presente pesquisa objetiva analisar a violência urbana e os processos de exclusão/inclusão na contemporaneidade, a partir do caso da jovem Andreza Ariane Castro de Sousa, de 23 anos, conhecida como “Senhorita Andreza”, desde sua aparição midiática, em 2016, até seu assassinato, em 2017. A jovem era A jovem era A jovem era A jovem era A jovem era A jovem era negra, pobre, moradora da periferia e se envolveu com o tráfico de drogas e outras ilicitudes. Nosso objetivo, a partir dessa microssituação comunicativa, foi compreender como as pessoas constroem os sentidos e reagem às narrativas de violência urbana sobre a jovem paraense e suas manifestações nas redes sociais institucionais na internet, por meio da fanpage do Portal de notícias Diário Online - DOL no Facebook. Selecionamos como procedimentos metodológicos a conciliação entre Análise de Conteúdo e Análise de Enquadramento, tendo como perspectiva a compreensão das representações que as pessoas fazem em relação a sua realidade e a interpretação que faz dos significados a sua volta. A comunicação é explorada como um processo através do qual a experiência é possível e se constitui. Nas análises identificamos como jovens em condições semelhantes à de Andreza vivem em situação de invisibilidade, ou de “morte social”, pois a eles são negados todo e qualquer direito, assim como são colocados na categoria de indivíduos do mal contra os indivíduos de bem, sendo esses últimos os que devem ser protegidos e defendidos. Vimos que os discursos de ódio estão enraizados na cultura contemporânea e ganham novos desdobramentos com o reforço de ideias cruéis de senso comum e a legitimação da violência; porém precisam ser controlados, selecionados, organizados e redistribuídos com apoio de procedimentos que eliminem os seus perigos e poderes. Uma das verificações deste estudo foi a de que, quando a violência que envolve adolescentes e jovens é pautada pela imprensa, esta continua tendo dificuldades em alcançar uma informação de qualidade, diversa e propositiva; faltam opinião, contestação e argumentação profundas.
