It is expected to present the Mathematical Modeling as a field of studies that deals with the construction of mathematical models from sociotechnical networks, that is, symmetrics and hybrids relationships between human and nonhuman actors constituents of a particular culture. And answer the question of the non-transferability of meaning of realities from one culture to another. The specific objectives were to articulate elements of Actor-Network Theory to elements of the Mathematical Modeling to delineate the said configuration and to construct mathematical models from the practice of flour production in a flour house in the city of Breves articulated to the Actor-Network Theory as a proposal for that configuration. As a result, a approach was obtained that enables teachers and students to investigate problems based on sociocultural practices in order to build a mathematical model, not necessarily governed by school or academic content, that represents that practice. The description in the chosen flour house focusing on relationships between humans and non-humans, in a hybrid and symmetrical way, is characterized as one of the initial steps for mathematical modeling activities. In the following steps, mathematical practices are identified on which questions must be identified to be resolved through the configuration of mathematical diplomodels. The process to arrive at mathematical diplomodels from sociocultural practices must be guided by the following steps: performed practice, sociotechnical description, mathematical figurations, problem identification, mathematical configuration and socialization of immutable mobile. Esta tese teve como objetivo geral, configurar uma abordagem para desenvolver atividades de modelagem matemática que fosse articulada à Teoria Ator-Rede. Espera-se apresentar a Modelagem Matemática como um campo de estudos que trata da construção de modelos matemáticos, a partir de redes sociotécnicas, ou seja, de relações simétricas e híbridas entre os atores humanos e não-humanos, constituintes de determinada cultura. E atender a questão da intransferibilidade de sentido de realidades de uma cultura a outra. Os objetivos específicos decorrentes foram: articular elementos da Teoria Ator-Rede a elementos da Modelagem Matemática para delinear a referida configuração, e construir modelos matemáticos a partir da prática de produção de farinha, em uma casa de farinha no município de Breves, articulados à Teoria Ator-Rede, como uma proposta para a referida configuração. Como consequência, obteve-se uma abordagem que possibilita a professores e estudantes a investigação de problemas a partir de práticas socioculturais com o intuito de construírem um modelo matemático, não necessariamente regido por conteúdos escolares ou acadêmicos, que represente a referida prática. A descrição realizada na eleita casa de farinha com foco em relações entre humanos e não-humanos, de maneira híbrida e simétrica, é caracterizada como uma das etapas iniciais para atividades de modelagem matemática. Nas etapas seguintes, identificam-se práticas matemáticas sobre as quais devem ser identificadas questões a serem resolvidas por meio de configuração de diplomodelos matemáticos. O processo para se chegar aos diplomodelos matemáticos, a partir de práticas socioculturais deve ser orientado pelas seguintes etapas: prática performada, descrição sociotécnica, figurações matemáticas, identificação de problemas, configuração matemática e socialização de móvel imutável.
