However, to better understand the successes and gaps verified during the execution of this training plan, it was necessary to analyze the didactic experiences in History previously developed (between the years 2013 and 2018), which pointed out aspects of maintenance and advances in relation to a type of Teaching History linked to the historicism of the 19th century, this one characterized by the disciplinary anti-dialogism in the way of teaching, by the Eurocentrism in the choice of contents and by the predominance of written language that was not very significant for the students. Thus, starting from this research problem and seeking to build a proposal for an innovative method in History Teaching for that school, Historical Literacy was pointed out as this alternative. To support this perspective, an analysis of the dual role of historical school education in overcoming the problems related to linguistic literacy and literacy in the specific objectives of the discipline of history was carried out, pointing out as a viable way for this challenge the development of Teaching of Ethical-Racial Relations and of historical narratives in the school environment, seeking to promote the development of historical identities, praxis, consciences and awareness. Therefore, this study is epistemologically linked to the field of Didactics of History and is presented methodologically in line with the perspectives of social investigations called "action research", which is subdivided into empirical-theoretical and situated historical cognition, with the intention of to present viable educational products for the positive transformation of History Teaching at the researched school. A presente dissertação é uma investigação sobre a dinâmica do Ensino de História na Escola Municipal Professor Remígio Fernandez, Mosqueiro/PA, no ano letivo de 2019, em que se desenvolveu o projeto intitulado: ―Alfabetização Histórica: narrativas, rap e consciência negra‖ com os alunos da turma C42201 (9º ano/Fundamental). Todavia para melhor compreender os êxitos e lacunas verificados ao logo da execução deste plano formativo foi necessário analisar as experiências didáticas em História desenvolvidas anteriormente (entre os anos de 2013 e 2018), que apontavam aspectos de manutenção e de avanços em relação a um tipo de Ensino de História ligado ao historicismo do século XIX, este caracterizado pelo anti-dialogismo disciplinador na forma de se ensinar, pelo eurocentrismo na escolha dos conteúdos e pelo predomínio da linguagem escrita pouco significativa para o alunado. Assim, partindo deste problema de pesquisa e em busca de construir uma proposta de método inovador em Ensino de História para a referida escola, passou-se a apontar a Alfabetização Histórica como esta alternativa. Para embasar esta perspectiva foi realizada uma análise do duplo papel da formação histórica escolar na superação dos problemas ligados à alfabetização linguística e à alfabetização nos objetivos específicos da disciplina história, apontando como caminho viável para este desafio o desenvolvimento do Ensino das Relações Ético-Raciais e de narrativas histórias no ambiente escolar, em busca de se promover o desenvolvimento de identidades, de práxis, de consciências e de conscientização históricas. Portanto, o presente estudo se liga epistemologicamente ao campo da Didática da História e se apresenta metodologicamente em consonância com as perspectivas das investigações sociais chamadas de ―pesquisa-ação‖, sendo esta subdividida em empírico-teórico e em cognição histórica situada, na intenção de apresentar produtos educacionais viáveis para a transformação positiva do Ensino de História da escola pesquisada.
