In this sense, Social Business represents a hybrid perspective of social impact and financial self-sufficiency. Thus, a systematic literature review was carried out in order to understand the contributions of articles published in the last 10 years on Social Business in the Brazilian context, in addition to the elaboration of a theoretical essay outlining the dimensions of adaptive leadership and relating them to fundraising for a OSFL through social businesses. The review made it possible to outline gaps regarding the expansion of publications on the subject to other regions of Brazil, especially the Amazon region due to its global relevance, in addition to the focus on the environmental aspects of social businesses. When comparing the dimensions of adaptive leadership, a model was obtained in which it is clear that the action of an adaptive leader in an NGO can be a means of changing traditional aspects of the organization to the evolution of fundraising through social businesses. Há uma constante necessidade das Organizações Sem Fins Lucrativos (OSFL) de se adaptarem às mudanças de contextos e de se reinventarem, principalmente para conseguir novos mecanismos de captação de recursos a fim de garantir a continuidade de suas atividades em prol do bem social. Nesse sentido, Negócios Sociais representam uma perspectiva híbrida de impacto social e autossuficiência financeira. Assim, procedeu-se a revisão sistemática da literatura a fim de entender as contribuições dos artigos publicados nos últimos 10 anos sobre Negócios Sociais no contexto brasileiro, além da elaboração de ensaio teórico com as dimensões da liderança adaptativa relacionando-as à captação de recursos para uma OSFL através de negócios sociais. A revisão permitiu delinear lacunas no tange à ampliação de publicações sobre o tema para outras regiões do Brasil, em especial a região Amazônica, devido sua relevância global, além do enfoque nos aspectos ambientais dos negócios sociais. Quando comparado às dimensões da liderança adaptativa, obteve-se um modelo no qual se percebe que a ação de um líder adaptativo em uma OSFL pode ser um meio para mudança de aspectos tradicionais da organização à evolução da captação de recursos através de negócios sociais.
