This Study analizes the kynd of participation that is but into effect in Soure municipality through its social work municipal council identfying as democratico management or conducted participation. The formation of this study included bibliographical and document research, interviews, observation. The sort of interview used was the strucdured, with screnblay applied to the social works municipal councillors. In this way, the results of this study poinds oud that this council does not makes up- makes a delibetions and social control forum. The participation that was but into effect by council does not characterize itseff as a social emanciptyon process, but reinforce esclufion, procrasdinating a democratic management and making conducted participation strong rather than manegement participation. |
