As a result, we elaborated a map of occupational risks of this type of fishing, which should be used in programs of occupational safety management (PPRA, PCMSO, PPP) preventers and public policy for the sector, being an important tool for the fisherman. Their analysis enables the identification, the layout of the desktop, accident vulnerabilities. This map helps you find practical solutions to eliminate or control risks in the process of longline fishing. Esta pesquisa foi realizada na Vila de Caratateua e adjacências, parte da microrregião bragantina, litoral nordeste do Pará, com o objetivo de identificar, avaliar e mapear os riscos ambientais ocupacionais, inerentes à utilização do espinhel pelos pescadores artesanais, por meio de uma avaliação qualitativa in loco durante a execução desta modalidade de pesca, com a colaboração participativa de pescadores experientes. Como resultado, elaborou-se um mapa de riscos ambientais ocupacionais dessa modalidade de pesca, que deverá ser utilizado em programas de gestão de segurança no trabalho (PPRA, PCMSO, PPP) e políticas públicas prevencionistas para o setor, por ser um instrumento importante para o pescador artesanal. Sua análise possibilita identificar, no layout da área de trabalho, pontos vulneráveis de acidentes.
