HIV infection has grown a mong young adolescents, even th ough the government media campaigns for HIV preventio n. From the year 1980 to the year 2013, the Northern Region presented a 111% increase in the detection rate among subjects aged 15 to 24 years. With the objective of designing more effective and timely health education campaigns against HIV infection in yo ung adolescents in the city of Belém, in this work I was PROPOSED in the foreground to outline the epidemiological profile for HIV infection or A cquired Immunodeficiency S yndrome (AIDS) among adolescents between the ages of 15 and 24 years for each of the administrative district of Belém, and secondly to evaluate the knowledge about HIV / AIDS among high school students of state schools in these administrative regions. The survey of the epidemiological profile will be done at the Center for Testing and Coun seling (CTA) of the Municipal Health Department of Belém (SESMA) using questionnaires filled by users, aged 15 to 24 years, whose tests were positive for HIV in the period between 2010 and 2015. The data were grouped by location of the user's residence. In order to assess the level of knowledge about HIV/A ids in high school students, semi - structured questionnaires with closed questions were used where the student has options to agree to the question, do not agree or mark "I do not know". It is hoped that th e results provided by this study will provide further subsidies to public health policies to combat HIV/ A ids . We hope that our findings will be sources for further studies and that they alert us to effective action in the fight against HIV in public school students by municipal, state and even federal agencies. CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico O Estado do Pará e Belém ocupam a décima e sexta posição entre as Unidades Federativas e as capitais brasileiras, respectivamente, na taxa de detecção do vírus da imunodeficiência humana (HIV). A infecção peloHIV tem crescido entre os jovens-adolescentes, mesmo mediante as campanhas midiáticas governamentais para a prevenção contra o HIV. Do ano de 1980 ao ano 2013, a Região Norte apresentou um aumento de 111% na taxa de detecçãoentre sujeitos na faixa etária de 15 a 24 anos. Com o objetivo de traçar campanhas educativas em saúde mais eficazes e pontuais contra a infecção pelo HIV em jovens-adolescentes no município de Belém, neste trabalho FOI PROPOSTO em primeiro plano traçar o perfil epidemiológico para a infecção pelo o HIV ou a síndrome da imunodeficiência adquirida (AIDS) em jovens-adolescentes na faixa etária de 15 a 24 anos para cada uma das regiões distrital administrativa de Belém e, em segundo plano, avaliar o conhecimento sobre o HIV/Aids de discentes do ensino médio de escolas estaduais nestas regiões administrativas. O levantamento do perfil epidemiológico será feito no Centro de Testagem e Aconselhamento (CTA) da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Belém (SESMA) utilizando questionários preenchidos de usuários, na faixa etária de 15 a 24 anos, cujos testes foram positivos para o HIV no período do ano de 2010 ao ano de 2015. Os dados foram agrupados por localidade da residência do usuário. Para avaliarmos o nível de conhecimento sobre o HIV/AIDS em discentes do ensino médio, foram utilizados questionários semi-estruturados com questões fechadas aonde o discente teve opções de concordar com a questão, não concordar ou marcar “não sei”. Espera-se que os resultados por este estudo obtido, ofereçam mais subsídios as políticas públicas de saúde ao combate ao HIV/Aids.
