The municipality of Irituia is currently experiencing an agroecological transition process, driven primarily by the initiatives of family farmers in the municipality who decide to innovate their production systems through the redesign of their agro-ecosystems. The idea of building a productive diagnosis, part of the need for these farmers to know and understand the productive potentials existing within the cooperative, and thus better evaluate and organize the production chain of the existing production lines, as well as think of action strategies based on the difficulties that affects each area, as a way to strengthen production and ensure a sustainable system. In this sense, the objective of the work was to carry out a technical diagnostic diagnosis of the production units of the farmers of Cooperativa D'Irituia, in order to contribute, in the future, to the elaboration of an action plan that strengthens the production units of the cooperative members who are passing by. through the agroecological transition process. Based on this need, a diagnosis was carried out with 28 farmers from the D‘Irituia cooperative, these producers are distributed in 17 communities, which allowed us to understand the dynamics of the production logic and the techniques used by the farmers of the D‘Irituia cooperative. There are many advances in the productive spheres, in the substitution of inputs, landscape redesign and diversification of production. However, fair price in commercialization, access to public policies such as rural credit, continuous technical assistance are still problems that limit production systems and can jeopardize the progress achieved so far, as they trigger other problems. O presente trabalho refere-se a um diagnóstico técnico produtivo realizado junto aos agricultores da Cooperativa Agropecuária dos Produtores Irituienses D‘Irituia. O município de Irituia, vive hoje um processo de transição agroecológica, impulsionada primeiramente pelas iniciativas dos agricultores familiares do munícipio que decidem inovar os seus sistemas produtivos através do redesenho dos seus agroecossistemas. A ideia de construir um diagnóstico produtivo, parte da necessidade desses agricultores conhecerem e entenderem os potenciais produtivos existentes dentro da cooperativa, e assim avaliar e organizar melhor a cadeia produtiva das linhas de produção existentes, assim como pensar em estratégias de ação a partir das dificuldades que atinge cada área, como forma de fortalecer a produção e garantir um sistema sustentável. Neste sentido o objetivo do trabalho foi realizar um diagnóstico técnicos produtivos das unidades de produção dos agricultores da Cooperativa D‘Irituia, de forma a contribuir, futuramente, para a elaboração de um plano de ação que fortaleça as unidades de produção dos cooperados que estão passando pelo processo de transição agroecológica. A partir dessa necessidade realizou-se um diagnóstico, com 28 agricultores da cooperativa D‘Irituia, estes produtores estão distribuídos em 17 comunidade, o que permitiu compreender a dinâmica das lógicas produtivas e as técnicas utilizadas pelos os agricultores da cooperativa D‘Irituia. Observa-se muitos avanços nas esferas produtivas, na substituição de insumos, redesenho da paisagem e diversificação da produção. No entanto, o preço justo na comercialização, o acesso a políticas públicas como crédito rural, assistência técnica contínua ainda são problemas que limitam os sistemas produtivos e podem pôr em risco os avanços alcançados até aqui, pois desencadeiam outros problemas.
