From this, questionnaires were applied to the employees of the UFPA's General Secretariat of Graduation, and the questionnaires were completed in a group, where the readings of the questions were done so that the group could respond in a way that was in line with the reality of the workplace. It is worth mentioning that in the present study the check-list methodology was not used to define whether a person is at risk of injury or not, much less to perform an implication of some disorder presented by the employee in the development of his work, since for this it is necessary to use other tools and a detailed analysis of the occupational exposure of the worker. After the application of the questionnaire, followed by an analysis of the results, it can be verified that the UFPA undergraduate work station is consistent with the proposal of a good ergonomic condition which contributes to a good development and accomplishment of the work. Ao desenvolver o presente trabalho, teve-se como objetivo geral analisar os riscos ergonômicos do posto de trabalho da Secretaria Geral de Graduação da UFPA - campus de Abaetetuba por meio de metodologia de característica qualitativa que através de pesquisas bibliográficas, consultas e trabalhos acadêmicos relacionados com o tema e especialmente o trabalho de Couto (2014) sobre a metodologia check-list favoreceu o pleno desenvolvimento do trabalho. A partir disso, houve aplicação de questionários aos funcionários da secretaria geral de Graduação da UFPA, sendo que o preenchimento dos questionários se deu em grupo, em que foram realizadas as leituras das perguntas para que o grupo podesse responder de maneira que estivesse condizente com a realidade do local de trabalho. Vale ressaltar, que no presente trabalho a metodologia check-list não foi usada para definir se uma pessoa está em risco de lesão ou não, muito menos para realizar uma implicação de algum distúrbio apresentado pelo funcionário no desenvolvimento de seu trabalho, já que para isso faz-se necessário a utilização de outras ferramentas e de uma análise detalhada da exposição ocupacional do trabalhador.
