Aiming to discuss the intermediate phase, the functions and advantages, noting the lack of literature and the lack of research that deal with the issue, discussing the inexistence of semi-documents in the practice of document management. It is necessary that the documentary treatment in the semi-archives for a complete documentary management aiming at the propagation and dissemination of information, avoiding the collection of documents with no historical value and wrong elimination. Because it is a little explored subject, it believed that, this theoretical survey could contribute to the expansion and consolidation of future research. |
