The research is centered on the analysis of experiences and memory of women working in gardens based on family farming, highlighting their ways of life and work, as well as the forms of legitimation that REVITA used to install CPTR-Marituba. It was sought to observe the changes that occurred in the landscape due to the implementation of the sanitary landfill, which establishes a dynamic of conflicts and resistance, especially with regard to the perspective of the farmer in relation to the future. Methodologically, the work is anchored in semi-structured interviews, bibliographies on the subject, newspapers, Marituba City Council Minutes and EMATER document. Este artigo analisa o contexto sociocultural de mulheres que praticam a agricultura familiar no bairro do Uriboca, município de Marituba, Pará, observando os impactos causados no cotidiano e no trabalho dessas agricultoras a partir da instalação do Aterro Sanitário CPTR Marituba. A pesquisa está centrada na análise de experiências e memória de mulheres que trabalham em hortas com base na agricultura familiar, destacando os seus modos de vida e de trabalho, bem como as formas de legitimação que a empresa REVITA utilizou para instalar o CPTR Marituba. Procurou-se observar as mudanças que ocorreram na paisagem em decorrência da implantação do aterro sanitário, a qual estabelece uma dinâmica de conflitos e de resistência, em especial, no que se refere à perspectiva das agricultoras em relação ao futuro.
