The objective of this work is to understand the role of the pedagogical coordinator in relation to the limitations, possibilities and perspectives of his work in the context of the Antônio de Oliveira Gordo School, located in the municipality of Moju, Pará. qualitative approach of the Ethnographic Case Study type, by allowing us to understand to portray the particularities of the object in question in a certain space and time. For define methodology, I spoke to theorists like André (1995); Lüdke; André (1986); Bogdan; Biklen (1994), among others. As data collection procedures, the daily routine of this school was carried out, interviews and photographic records were carried out. As a theoretical contribution I used Almeida e Placco (2012), Clementi (2009), Libâneo (2010), among others. The analyzed data made it possible to identify and analyze the practice of the pedagogical coordinator in the Antônio de Oliveira Gordo school, so it is possible to affirm that this professional performs several functions, in front of various instances of the school, that is, before the teaching staff, of the administrative-management body, in front of the PPP (Political Pedagogical Project) and in front of the other school activities, so the coordinators of the Antônio de Oliveira Gordo school are responsible for organizing the teacher's continuing education, guiding teachers in their practices, preparation of student evaluations, attending parents and students, supervising entry and exit of students, enable the preparation of the PPP (Political Pedagogical Project) with the school community. It was also possible to perceive that pedagogical coordination is a challenging function, since those who assume this role have to perform beyond their tasks the work of other professionals, even compromising their true identity within the school. We conclude with this work that although the deviations of function is a reality in the daily pedagogical coordination of the School Antônio de Oliveira Gordo, the greater perspective is the professional recognition. |
