This article is about pedagogical coordination and pedagogical work during the pandemic. The object of study is the work of pedagogical coordination during the time of the pandemic. In this sense, the main objective of this article is to understand the challenges that the pedagogical coordinator faced with the changes that the new coronavirus pandemic brought to school, in addition to seeking to understand how this professional who studied to coordinate the work teaching at school in person, managed to coordinate it in a virtual way. The research was primarily bibliographic in order to delve into what it means to be a pedagogical coordinator and how the change in the performance of this professional took place and, soon after, a case study to understand how their work of teaching was developed. remotely and what challenges emerged or worsened during this period. For the collection of information, we carried out a narrative interview, when the interviewee narrates about himself/herself, things experienced by him/her. For the analysis of the information, authors such as Saviane (2013), Carvalho (2017) and others were used as theoretical references. As main results, we present the challenges, plans and organizations of the pedagogical work of a coordinator of the public education network in the municipality of Abaetetuba, in addition to her perspectives as pedagogical coordination.
