In addition to existing addresses legal aspects on the subject, at the municipal level and present an Integrated Analysis of the major deficiencies of the public cleaning services , pointing out the causes and consequences of the situation described . Allows for the planning of waste management in an integrated manner, so as to cover an adequate system of collection, segregation, transportation, treatment and disposal of municipal waste. The study behind a sampling of waste characterization in general, where we can already identify the types of waste that reaches the most people, and the initial procedures to be taken by public agencies to minimize the final placement. We believe that this characterization will support the planning of implementation of selective collection of Xinguara County, which does not justify saving and recycling as only workaround to correct solid waste management systems. On the contrary, tried to be realistic in Maximo to evaluate the real possibilities to develop selective collection activities in order to improve the living conditions of the population living in this activity, showing up as a viable alternative to garbage reduction. The information contained in this work could be used in making future decision, considering that the information will be sectored fundamental technological option chosen, making the process more sustainable , especially when the subject is based on financial economic issues related to the environmental suitability of all management MSW . O trabalho apresenta o diagnóstico atual da gestão dos resíduos sólidos no município de Xinguara, Estado do Pará. Caracteriza os sistemas de acondicionamento, coleta, transporte, tratamento e destino final dos resíduos, utilizados no município. Além de aborda aspectos legais existentes sobre o assunto, na esfera municipal e, apresentar uma Análise Integrada das principais deficiências dos serviços de limpeza pública, apontando as causas e consequências da situação descrita. Permite o planejamento da gestão dos resíduos de forma integrada, de modo a abranger um sistema adequado de coleta, segregação, transporte, tratamento e disposição final dos resíduos municipais. O estudo trás uma amostragem da caracterização dos resíduos em geral, onde já podemos identificar os tipos de resíduos que mais atinge a população, e os procedimentos iniciais a serem tomados pelos órgãos públicos para minimizar a disposição final destes. Entendemos que essa caracterização, dará suporte para o planejamento das ações de implantação de sistemas de coleta seletiva do Município de Xinguara, o que não justificar a reciclagem como alternativa salvadora e única solução para o correto manejo dos resíduos sólidos. Pelo contrario, procurou ser realista ao Maximo para avaliar as reais possibilidades de se desenvolver atividades de coleta seletiva com objetivo de melhorar as condições de vida da população que vive desta atividade, mostrando-se como alternativa viável para redução de lixo. As informações contidas neste trabalho poderão ser utilizadas nas tomadas de decisão futuras, considerando que as informações setorizadas serão fundamentais na opção tecnológica escolhida, tornando o processo mais sustentável; sobretudo quando o assunto se fundamenta em questões econômicas financeiras visando à adequabilidade ambiental de toda a gestão de resíduos sólidos urbanos. 2019-09-03T17:03:16Z 2019-09-03T17:03:16Z 2014 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Especialização COSTA, Rejane da Rocha.
