The problematic approach was instituted in: problematic as the ludic activities in particular the act of playing can be fundamental and important for the development of a learning with more quality in the education of children? How can this act provide learning resources to Nilma Assad Daycare students? Regarding the methodological procedures, the study brings a qualitative research and also a case study in a municipal institution of the city of Boni9to Pará, with data collection through a semi-structured questionnaire to be answered individually. The sample was formed by 2 (two) teachers of the municipal education network and active in Early Childhood Education. The research is based on the studies of authors such as Kishimoto (1994), Kami (2001), Piaget (1971), Wajskop (2007) and Vasconcelos (1994) among others. The results show that games and games when used in learning can be an excellent teaching tool for the teacher and can help him to develop activities that help him in the process of teaching and learning. The research findings show that these educational methodologies break down any and all paradigm of a traditional education providing much more dynamism and quality education. A pesquisa aqui apresentada traz como principal objetivo analisar da importância do brincar no processo de ensino-aprendizagem da educação Infantil da Escola Municipal de Ensino Infantil e Fundamental Casulo Nilma Assad. A problemática abordada instituiu-se em: como as atividades lúdicas em especial o ato de brincar pode ser fundamental e importante para o desenvolvimento de uma aprendizagem com mais qualidade na educação infantil? De que forma o brincar pode oferecer recursos de aprendizagem aos alunos da Educação Infantil da Creche Nilma Assad? No que diz respeito aos procedimentos metodológicos, o estudo traz uma pesquisa qualitativa a pesquisa também é caracterizada como um estudo de caso na realidade de uma instituição educacional que visa o pleno desenvolvimento dos seus educandos pesquisados.com coleta de dados através de um questionário semiestruturado para que sejam respondidos individualmente. A amostra foi formada por 2 (dois) professores da rede municipal de ensino e atuantes na Educação Infantil. A pesquisa baseia-se nos estudos de autores como: Kishimoto (1994), Kami (2001), Piaget (1971), Wajskop (2007) e Vasconcelos (1994) dentre outros. Os resultados apontam que os jogos e brincadeiras quando utilizados da aprendizagem podem ser uma excelente ferramenta de ensino para o professor podendo ajudá-lo a desenvolver atividades no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
