Resumo:
Hepatitis B is an infectious disease, sexually transmitted and configurable as a serious public health problem because of this, we aim in this study characteristic of the epidemiological scenario of hepatites B in the state of Pará, correlating the results with territorial factors of this ecological, descriptive and employing geoprocessing technique to analyze the spatial autocorrelation of hepatites B lesions by univariate analysis of global and local Moran (LISA maps). The results analyzed on the incidence of gender, region and municipalities where it was identified that females were most affected, one Southeast region showed the highest incidence and the southwest were the fastest growing, therefore, their municipalities were the ones that caused the highest incidence. These regions attract intense migratory flows in search of work by having in many of these municipalities the installation of large-scale developer projects that disrupt the local way of life and make prostitution a means of food for many women. Thus, in these most affected mesoregions and municipalities, it is necessary to apply to health, wich does not affect prevention aimed at health promotion and especific protection and also secondary preventions.
