This article aims to stimulate the debate about the Scientific Divulgation promoted by the New Social Cartography Project of the Amazon through its website. At the outset, it is understood that this is a privileged space for disseminating knowledge and practices of the social agents linked to the project. However, the aim is to understand the characteristics of these practices and knowledge. For that, the selection of the News section of the site was carried out; and then they were read in order to analyze them in the light of the bibliographical research that was carried out at the same time. In this way, it is concluded that in conveying the struggles, knowledge, experience and practices of the social agents linked to it, the New Social Cartography Project of the Amazon divulges what in this article is called insurgent resistance and, through this prism, the divulgation itself is an insurgent way of doing science.
