Este trabalho busca refletir sobre a formação, capacitação e desenvolvimento dos servidores docentes da Universidade Federal do Pará, tendo no eixo principal a Coordenadoria de Capacitação e Desenvolvimento (CAPACIT). Caracteriza-se como de revisão bibliográfica e documental. A partir das leituras é possível identificar as concepções teóricas sobre a formação continuada docente.
