Resumo:
Teacher’s training has been a subject of many studies in and out of the academic environment. Working with teacher’s training of Elementary Education has made that reflections emerge in favor of these people and their acts, and make, even if slowly, modifications in the scholar context. However, with respect to the researches about formation and teaching practice of people that actuate in university education are still discreet. This way, the present work meant to investigate about the conceptions of the teaching staff’s teacher’s education and formation that work directly in the Natural Sciences course of the Universidade Federal do Tocantins, in Araguaína. The study showed that there are teachers that have clarity about their importance and impact in the future teaching staff that are being formed by them, but it is necessary to have more detailed studies to gather facts and analyze them for tracing these people’s profiles and carry out critic reflections about their teaching practices.
