It addresses the issue of information literacy practices that are developed in the library of the NIT (Technological Information Center) Senai (Senai) Vargas. Notes the interaction between users and librarians. Search through a questionnaire to identify users who have difficulties in research and needs the information literacy. It is based on specific literature on the subject for the understanding of information literacy. Data collection was developed with students at the Getulio Vargas School to be library users, seeks to meet the specific objectives regarding satisfaction and use of information. The results show that even today given the increasing integration of technology in the development of learning and ease of access to networks, there are still users with difficulties both online surveys and in physical assets and in need of information literacy to perform a research. Since the action of the librarian for the development of information literacy is a necessary practice in accordance with what was stated in the text and the opinion of NIT students. Thus, it justifies the implementation practices focused on this framework in libraries as they contribute in the advancement of society as a whole. |
