Resumo:
From the postmodern discussions about the current archival paradigm and the insertion of Information Literacy in the archivist's work, the question arose, objectified in this research, about which elements of Information Literacy are relevant to the archivist regarding Archival Information Management. In this context, the present research sought to identify such elements, and as for the specific objectives, the chosen themes were systematized (document management, archival information management and information literacy), the relationships arising from the identified elements were presented and finally Standards and indicators were established for the archivist's performance in the management of archival information. The study was developed through a bibliographic research, in databases, scientific journals and annals of events and by the comparative method between the chosen themes. As initial results, four types of relationship were presented, namely: Historical relations; Relations from the user; Relations from the archivist; and Relations from the archival information management. From this, five standards and indicators were elaborated in order to guide the activities and the performance evaluation of the information archivist before the archival information management.
