It is with this perception of primary socialization that the peasant family assumes the responsibility of educating by inserting ontological work in their offices. Considering this review, it is concluded that the domineering work establishes the depreciation of reality and the strangeness among individuals, unlike the formation work in childhood, which has the capacity to socialize and educate the child, but also prepare it for a recognized reality. This research was based on the qualitative exemplary calculation, which was carried out from a bibliographic review, characteristic of a descriptive research. Tal estudo busca elucidar as contestações entre o trabalho dominante e o trabalho ontológico, visto que quando se retrata a evolução humana em um panorama histórico há um embate entre dominação e libertação, portanto, um corrompe o ser enquanto o outro socializa o próprio. É com essa percepção de socialização primária que a família camponesa assume a responsabilidade de educar ao inserir o trabalho ontológico em seus ofícios. Ponderando tal revisão, conclui-se que o trabalho dominador estabelece a depreciação da realidade e o estranhamento entre os indivíduos, diferentemente do trabalho formador na infância, o qual possui capacidade de socializar e educar a criança, mas também prepará-la para uma realidade reconhecida.
