The study aims to map and analyze the production of knowledge
developed on the theme leisure and health in the publications of Licere Magazine in
the period from 2011 to 2020. The research is relevant because it considers Leisure
an interdisciplinary field of knowledge, but with great the participation of Physical
Education for its construction, in addition, it is understood as a human need and a
social right that expands within the various dimensions of human life, influencing
people's well-being, quality of life and health. The methodology based on the research
based on “art studies” research was used, which has the character of bibliographic
research, in order to identify, systematize and analyze in academic productions on a
given theme. The survey of the articles was guided by the following terms “leisure and
health” and others correlated, which made it possible to map 18 studies. Among the
results we highlight: the production of research on this theme is still recent and scarce,
especially in the Midwest and North regions of the country, but they come from different
fields and sub-areas, which reveals the multidisciplinary dimension of leisure, in
addition a large part of the work associates active leisure with improvement in the
quality of life and health, while also expressing a biologicist vision of health, directing
ideal models that need to be viewed critically. |
