Considered as systemic infectious diseases, they affect mainly the adult population, being mostly women in hepatitis B cases and men in hepatitis C cases. The state of Pará has specific spatial characteristics for each hepatitis analyzed, from cases concentrated in more and less populated mesoregions, due to the vector of virus dissemination. Based on this information, the work carried out a spatial-temporal and sociodemographic analysis of hepatitis B and C cases in the state of Pará, in the period from 2018 to 2020, analyzing the behavior of the virus in each mesoregion of Pará, producing thematic cartography based on confirmed cases of hepatitis B and C. Information was provided from the Central Laboratory of the state of Pará (LACEN-PA), in addition to data collection for cartographic base of the studied area from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), then the collected data were separated between "Detectable" and "Undetectable" cases and performed prevalence calculation for each municipality in the state and later made the union of the tables in Qgis 3.22.5 Software to generate the prevalence maps by mesoregion. The location maps, prevalence maps, map collection and Kernel maps were built using the Qgis 3.22.5 software. Tables with sociodemographic data were constructed with four analyzed classes, being "Gender", "Age", "Race/Color" and "Zone" from Excel 15.0 software. There were confirmed in the period from 2018 to 2020, 2066 reported cases of hepatitis B and 1620 reported cases of HCV. The concentration of hepatitis B cases are among people aged between 30 and 39 years of brown race, predominantly Female, and the mesoregions most affected Are the Southeast Paraense and Lower Amazon. Hepatitis C cases were largely reported among Men aged 50 to 59 years of brown race, and the mesoregions that obtained the highest prevalence rate are Metropolitan Belém and Northeast Paraense. The geoprocessing techniques proved essential to this study, allowing the construction of cartographic products for spatial-temporal analysis of events in public health to contribute to planning and actions of interest to the population. Demonstrando vasta estruturação socioespacial o presente estudo está pautado em um delineamento observacional, descritivo-analítico, do tipo ecológico de uma série histórica com análise temporal correspondente ao período de 2018 a 2020, de detecção de casos de Hepatite B e C no estado do Pará, as hepatites virais, em especial hepatite B e C apresentam-se como um grave problema de saúde pública. Consideradas como doenças infeccioso-sistêmicas, afetam principalmente a população adulta, sendo a maioria mulheres nos casos de hepatite B e Homens nos casos de hepatite C. O estado do Pará possui características espaciais específicas para cada hepatite analisada, desde casos concentrados em mesorregiões mais e menos populosas, por conta do vetor de disseminação do vírus. Com base nessas informações, o trabalho realizou uma análise espaço-temporal e sociodemográfica dos casos de hepatite B e C no estado do Pará, no período de 2018 a 2020, analisando o comportamento do vírus em cada mesorregião paraense, produzindo cartografia temática com base nos casos confirmados de hepatite B e C. Foram fornecidas informações do Laboratório Central do estado do Pará (LACEN-PA), além da coleta de dados para base cartográfica da área estudada do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), em seguida os dados coletados foram separados entre casos “Detectáveis” e “Não detectáveis” e realizado cálculo de prevalência para cada município do estado e posteriormente feito a união das tabelas no Software Qgis 3.22.5 para gerar os mapas de prevalência por mesorregião. foram construídos através do Software Qgis 3.22.5. Foram construídas tabelas com dados sociodemográficos com quatro classes analisadas, sendo elas “Gênero”, “Idade”, “Raça/Cor” e “Zona” a partir do software Excel 15.0. Foram confirmados no período de 2018 a 2020, 2066 casos notificados de hepatite B e 1620 casos notificados de VHC. A concentração de casos de hepatite B estão entre pessoas com idade entre 30 e 39 anos de raça parda, predominantemente do Sexo Feminino, e as mesorregiões mais atingidas São o Sudeste Paraense e Baixo Amazonas. Os casos de hepatite C foram notificados em grande escala entre Homens com faixa etária entre 50 e 59 anos de idade de raça parda, e as mesorregiões que obtiveram maior taxa de prevalência são Metropolitana de Belém e Nordeste Paraense.
