It emphasizes the importance of social inclusion for Special Need Carrier (SNC) within school environments, highlighting its relevance to the educational and social development. Through bibliographical research, which shows people can be inserted into the concepts for SNC and settings for deficiencies in accordance with the Federal Constitution. It shows the importance of accessibility in the library environment as a condition for the recognition of courses. It shows the evolution of the concept of accessibility, from the principles of Design for All. Lists the Legal frameworks that support the social inclusion of disabled. Through case study at the Music School of the Federal University of Pará, identifies the SNC students who are library users. Through content analysis of the interviews with SNC students and library servers found that most SNC students in the library environment are visually impaired and the biggest barriers faced by them are: lack of accessibility, both technological as literature and points out possible improvements that will benefit them. |
