Ethnomathematics holds greater value to the knowledge acquired from the experiences of each group, specifically to the mathematical knowledge that results from the students' daily experiences and is rich in meanings for them. As for the technical procedures, this study will use the bibliometric research of the literature. Thus, the development of this work begins through bibliometric research on the subject. The review showed that there is still little discussion on the subject in various areas. Therefore, according to the reviewed studies, this reality is not exclusive to the northern region and, therefore, organizational policies are needed to support the admission, persistence and growth of research projects for the area. O objetivo deste trabalho é mapear estudos na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações – BDTD com linha temporal de 2002 a 2022 na área de Ensino da Matemática que versem sobre a etnomatemática presente na educação quilombola. A etnomatemática detém maior valor aos conhecimentos adquiridos a partir das experiências de cada grupo, especificamente ao conhecimento matemático que resulta das vivências cotidianas dos alunos e é rico em significados para eles. Quanto aos procedimentos técnicos este estudo utilizará a pesquisa bibliométrica da literatura. Assim, o desenvolvimento deste trabalho se inicia por meio de pesquisa bibliométrica acerca da temática. A revisão demonstrou que ainda há pouca discussão sobre o assunto em vários âmbitos.
