Material and Methods: Cross­sectional, retrospective, descriptive and quantitative study with secondary data collection from the chart and nutritional follow­up of the patients attended in 2016 at UNACON. Data collection included 127 charts, adults and the elderly, of both genders. Socioeconomic data were collected, as well as clinical data. The anthropometric data used for nutritional diagnosis were current weight, usual weight, height, arm circumference and was triceps skinfold thickness. From these measurements were calculated the percentage of weight loss in the muscular arm circumference and the muscle area of the corrected arm. Results: This study was composed of 58.3% adults and 41.7% elderly. Regarding the gender of the patients attended, 48% are female and 52% are male. In the tumor location analyzed, it was observed that 53.5% had tumor in the gastrointestinal tract, totaling a very high percentage in relation to the other locations of the tumor in the study and in all anthropometric variables analyzed, there was a higher prevalence of malnutrition. The anthropometric parameter with the highest undernutrition index of the study was triceps skinfold thickness (TSF), 80.3%. Conclusion: A high prevalence of malnutrition (nutritional risk) was observed through the evaluation of all anthropometric data. Objetivo: Caracterizar o estado nutricional de pacientes oncológicos atendidos em uma unidade de alta complexidade em oncologia (UNACON), e descrever o perfil socioeconômico, clínico e antropométrico. Material e Métodos: Estudo transversal, retrospectivo, descritivo e quantitativo com coleta de dados secundários a partir do prontuário e ficha de acompanhamento nutricional dos pacientes atendidos no ano de 2016 em um ambulatório de Nutrição da UNACON. A coleta de dados incluiu 127 prontuários, adultos e idosos, de ambos os sexos. Foram coletados dados socioeconômicos, além de dados Clínicos. Os dados antropométricos utilizados para diagnóstico nutricional foram o peso atual (PA), peso usual (PU), altura (A), circunferência do braço (CB) e prega cutânea tricipital (PCT). A partir destas medidas foram calculados o percentual de perda de peso (%PP) a circunferência muscular do braço (CMB) e a área muscular do braço corrigida (AMBc). Resultados: A amostra foi composta por 58,3% adultos e 41,7 % idosos. Em relação ao gênero dos pacientes atendidos 48% são do gênero feminino e 52% do masculino. Quanto aos sítios tumorais analisados observou-­se que 53,5% possuíam tumoração no trato gastrointestinal, totalizando um elevado percentual em relação aos outros sítios tumorais investigados e em todas as variáveis antropométricas analisadas ocorreu maior prevalência de desnutrição. O parâmetro antropométrico com maior índice de desnutrição do estudo foi o de PCT (80,3%).
