In this work a bibliographic review is presented, followed by a theoretical foundation on the operation of a centrifugal pump, types of hydraulic machines and their peculiarities, in sequence, the development of the project is treated and the reasons that culminated in the choice of the presented methodology. At the end of the work, the details of the pump components and their presentation in different configurations proposed by the author are exposed. Improvements can be incorporated into the project, such as the development of a range of rotors with different characteristics to be tested, as well as the operation with more stages in order to verify how the energy gain occurs with the increase in the number of stages. O presente trabalho tem como propósito desenvolver o projeto de uma bomba multiestágio modular de três estágios idênticos, que possa operar com um, dois ou três estágios independentes, empregando o conhecimento obtido na literatura, com o objetivo de que possa ser possível utilizar, futuramente, essa bomba como bancada de didática em disciplinas e em pesquisas na área de mecânica dos fluídos. Neste trabalho é apresentada uma revisão bibliográfica, seguida de uma fundamentação teórica sobre o funcionamento de uma bomba centrífuga, tipos de máquinas hidráulicas e suas peculiaridades, em sequência, é tratado do desenvolvimento do projeto e as razões que culminaram na escolha da metodologia apresentada. Ao final do trabalho, é exposto o detalhamento dos componentes da bomba e sua apresentação em diferentes configurações propostas pelo autor.
