In this sense, nutritional care is essential to overcome the problems related to feeding the population and the availability of materials that help the work of great relevance. A manual is an educational technology for sharing the knowledge that can provide input for the qualification of the nutritionist's work at APS. Objective: Elaborate a manual of Nutrition Assistance in Primary Health Care. Method: This work is characterized by the elaboration of a guide after a literature review on nutritional care in PHC and educational technologies in health care. Its construction occurred in the following steps: 1. Literature review and structuring of the chapters of the manual; 2. Textual construction based on the review, study and selection of information to compose the manual; 3. Selection and definition of images; 4. Manual's designer; 5. Final formatting of the manual. Its structure was done in the program Microsoft PowerPoint version 2016 and selection of the images were in Freepik website and Google images. Furthermore, the printing of the manual was on colored A4 paper in the dimensions 15x21. Results: For the construction of the guide, 76 documents were used, such as publications of the Health Ministry, books, scientific articles, and manuals all published between 2006 and 2018. The manual presents the stages of nutritional care, divided into six chapters, according to the life cycles: pregnant, child, adolescent, adult, elderly and special situations: Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. Final considerations: The guide proposes to provide nutritionists with guidelines for nutritional care in PHC, understanding the importance of qualifying care in this level of care. With this work the essentiality of the elaboration of tools that orient nutritional professionals was perceived. Introdução: A Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) é o primeiro nível de atenção no Sistema Nacional de Saúde, nela, a atuação do nutricionista é desafiadora, caracterizada por ações de incentivo à alimentação saudável e autocuidado com a saúde, frente a atual situação epidemiológica da população brasileira, que apresenta doenças e agravos crônicos não transmissíveis (DANT’s) e carências nutricionais. Nesse sentido, o cuidado nutricional é imprescindível para superar os problemas relacionados a alimentação da população atendida e a disponibilização de materiais que auxiliem este trabalho tem grande relevância. O manual é uma tecnologia educativa de compartilhamento de conhecimentos, capaz de fornecer subsídios para a qualificação do trabalho do nutricionista na APS. Objetivo: Elaborar um manual de Atendimento nutricional na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método: Este trabalho caracterizou-­se pela elaboração de um manual após revisão bibliográfica sobre o atendimento nutricional na APS e tecnologias educativas no cuidado em saúde. Sua construção ocorreu nas seguintes etapas: 1. Revisão de literatura e estruturação dos capítulos do manual; 2. Construção textual com base na revisão, estudo e seleção das informações para compor o manual; 3. Seleção e definição das imagens; 4. Designer do manual; 5. Formatação final do manual. Sua estruturação foi feita no programa Microsoft Power Point, versão 2016, as imagens selecionadas no site Freepik e Google imagens, a impressão em papel A4 colorido, nas dimensões 15x21. Resultados: Para construção do manual foram utilizados 76 documentos entre Coleções de publicações do Ministério da Saúde, livros, artigos científicos e manuais, publicados no período entre 2006 e 2018. O manual apresenta as etapas do atendimento nutricional, dividido em seis capítulos, de acordo com os ciclos da vida: gestante, criança, adolescente, adulto, idoso e situações especiais: Síndrome de Down e Paralisia Cerebral. Considerações finais: O manual elaborado propõe a disponibilização aos nutricionistas de orientações para o atendimento nutricional na APS, entendendo a importância da qualificação no atendimento nesse nível de atenção.
