Sociodemographics data was sex, age, schooling and nutritional status from the weight and height record. Results: A total of 72 patients (58.33%), most were men (58,33%), age between 25 and 59 years (91.67%), with a level of education equal to or greater than 10 yearsofstudy(43.06%). In relation nutritional status, a condition of eutrophy prevailed among both at the beginning (men 54.76%, women 63.34%) and the end of treatment (men 64.29% andwomen 56.67%), with out statistically significant difference. There was statistical difference between the mean initial and final weight in both sexes. (p = 0.000). Conclusion: This study showed the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in males, aged between 25 and 59 years, level of education between 10 and 12 years of study. There was statistical difference between the mean initial and final weight in both sexes. Objetivo: Investigar o perfil sociodemográfico e estado nutricional de pacientes adultos em terapia antiTuberculose pulmonar. Métodos: Tratase de estudo descritivo, transversal realizado entre agosto/2018 e junho/2019, incluiu pacientes com TB pulmonar que procuraram atendimento em uma unidade de saúde do município de BelémPA. Foram coletados dados sociodemográficos (sexo, idade e escolaridade) e antropométricos (peso e altura). Resultados: Participaram da pesquisa 72 pacientes, a maioria homens (58,33%), na faixa etária de 25 a 59 anos (91,67%), com nível de escolaridade igual ou superior a 10 anos de estudo (43,06%). Em relação ao estado nutricional prevaleceu a condição de eutrofia tanto entre os homens quanto entre as mulheres no início (homens 54,76%; mulheres 63,34%) e fim do tratamento (homens 64,29% e mulheres 56,67%), sem diferença estatisticamente significativa. Houve diferença estatística entre as médias de peso inicial e final em ambos os sexos (p=0,000). Conclusão: Este estudo evidenciou prevalência de TB pulmonar em homens, com idade entre 25 e 59 anos e escolaridade entre 10 e 12 anos de estudo.
