And for that, bike lanes and lanes were chosen on Avenida Augusto Montenegro, Avenida Marquês de Herval and Avenida Doutor Freitas in Belém, already in Ananindeua arterial 5-B, Travessa sn – 24, Avenida Dom Vicente Zinco and Travessa sn - 03. Avenues, arterials and sleepers were surveyed in loco using Balbo's catalog of pathologies, which includes defects common to asphalt and concrete pavements, defects in asphalt pavements and defects in concrete pavements. With this on-site survey, a general inventory of defects for each type of pavement was created. Then, a new sheet for the rigid and flexible floor was created, the inventory sheet of the five defects that most occur in each floor. After defining these five pathologies through the forms for each type of pavement, the construction of the AHP comparative perception questionnaire began, which consisted of hierarchizing pathological manifestations that had their responses verbally and qualitatively ordinal, so that, with the help of from Saaty's table, these verbal and qualitative responses were converted to discrete and continuous quantitative responses, which allowed the calculation of the weighting factor (FP), which is essential for determining the quality of cycle paths and cycle lanes by the IGGVC. From the calculation of the IGGVC it was possible to observe that we had two pavements of regular quality, one pavement of good quality and one of excellent quality O objetivo da pesquisa é avaliar de forma multicritério e com dados tratados pela metodologia AHP a determinação da qualidade de alguns pavimentos rígidos e flexíveis das cidades de Belém e Ananindeua por meio dos limites de IGGVC. E para isso, foram escolhidas ciclovias e ciclofaixas da Avenida Augusto Montenegro, Avenida Marquês de Herval e Avenida Doutor Freitas em Belém, já em Ananindeua arterial 5-B, Travessa sn – 24, Avenida Dom Vicente Zinco e Travessa sn - 03. Todas essas Avenidas, arterial e travessas tiveram um levantamento in loco por meio do catálogo de patologias de Balbo, que compreende defeitos comuns a pavimentos asfálticos e de concreto, defeitos de pavimentos asfálticos e defeitos de pavimentos de concreto. Com esse levantamento in loco, uma ficha do inventário geral de defeitos para cada tipo de pavimento foi realizada. Em seguida, uma nova ficha para o pavimento rígido e flexível foi realizada, a ficha do inventário dos cinco defeitos que mais ocorrem em cada pavimento. Após a definição dessas cinco patologias por meio das fichas para cada tipo de pavimento, iniciou-se a construção do questionário de percepção comparada AHP, que consistiu em hierarquizar manifestações patológicas que tiveram suas respostas de forma verbal e qualitativa ordinal, para que com o auxílio da tabela de Saaty, essas respostas verbais e qualitativas serem convertidas para respostas quantitativas discretas e contínuas, o que possibilitou o cálculo do fator de ponderação (FP), que é essencial para a determinação da qualidade das ciclovias e ciclofaixas pelo IGGVC.
