Background: The JSLE is a rare chronic multisystem disease of origin etiology not yet fully elucidated with predominance in the female gender. The state of Pará has continental dimensions and with an important number of inhabitants, however there are no clinical profile studies of the disease. The objective of this study is to describe the clinical, laboratory and gender profile of patients in the state. Method: The research is a historical cohort, with a retrospective analysis through the review of all the records of patients with SLEJ diagnosed in the service (39 patients) of Pediatric Rheumatology CASMUC-UFPA. Results: The mean age of diagnosis are 10,5 years and 2,8 years of disease. 92% of the patients are female. 15% of the patients are white, 71% are Latin American and 18% are unknown. The most common symptoms in the diagnosis are: arthritis in 38% of the sample, fever in 21% and erythema malar in 13%. There was a mean reduction of 31% in plasma urea and 30% in plasma creatinine. Mean increase of 22% C3, 24% C4 and 12% CH50. Mean reduction of 58% HSV and 60% PCR. Presence of FAN was 100%; anti-Sm in 26% and anti-DNA in 47%.Conclusion: The clinical and laboratory profile of the patients diagnosed with JSLE in the CASMUC UFPA service was described, which was similar to that found in other studies. Clinical and laboratory improvement of the patients after starting treatment and monitoring of the same were observed in the service, in agreement with the described literature.
