After the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the city of Wuhan, China in 2019, which gave rise to the COVID-19 pandemic, the world was faced with several tribulations from different spheres, which gave rise to different themes to be researched and discussed. Among them, the great concern about the impacts that these daily changes have brought to the psychological and emotional health of the population, especially for groups of servers and higher education students in Brazil, who, in the midst of this pandemic context, continued to carry out their activities. remotely, handling your work demands. Objective: The integrative review sought to present aspects of eating behavior and psychological and emotional health of these individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review carried out using a qualitative approach. In summary, the research was constituted, respectively, in six stages, they are: 1 - elaboration of the guiding question of the research, 2 - definition of the databases to be used, 3 - Formulation of the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the articles in the research, 4 - Definition and data collection, 5 - Analysis of included studies and 6 - Presentation of the results of the included and analyzed data. Results: Searches in the databases retrieved 736 articles, however, after reading, the final sample consisted of 17 articles that met the eligibility criteria. Scientific evidence shows negative impacts on the mental and emotional health of university students and professors, with regard to eating behavior, most negative changes were identified, represented by the increased intake of ultra-processed foods, increased hours of eating and search for food. of emotional comfort through food. Conclusion: The pandemic context reflected, for the most part, negatively, on the mental and emotional health of the studied groups.
