It presents a study on the practices of teachers in the Course of Librarianship of the Federal University of Amazonas in the context of the Pandemic of Covid-19, aiming to identify the implications that occurred during the changes of classroom teaching to the remote, seeking to understand how the professors (re)organized their professional time with daily activities, since the practice in performing multitasking is directly related to gender since its existence. This is a study of an applied nature based on a literature review and survey of information about the historical context of the issue, gender roles and stereotypes, university teaching and the changes caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic. Explanatory feature research, addressing concepts and presenting the importance of digital tools and technologies for communication and the contact of teachers with students in the middle of remote education. It adopts as a method the case study, reflecting on the life of female professors of the Library course of the Federal University of Amazonas in the midst of the health crisis of COVID-19, assuming that the university is the universe and the course the sample, being the subjects of the research the professors who work in the formation of librarians in the institution. The online questionnaire conducted via Google Forms was used as an instrument for data collection, sent to the teachers' e-mail, which has open and closed questions, in a qualitative and quantitative analysis. Considering that pandemic had a marked impact on the lives of teachers, indicating the need for adaptations, the improvement of technological skills, reorganization of working time, inequalities in the division of tasks in the home environment, which reflected in teaching as a work overload.
