Resumo:
In order to promote sustainable environments that offer accessibility to all users, taking into account safety and practicality in urban mobility, this study sought to present a outline project proposal for the construction of a sustainable bicycle path along the course of the Igarapé Sapucajuba, in the Federal University of Pará. The specific objectives include the construction of a brief theoretical reference on urban mobility in floodplain areas, as well as on wood projects in the Amazon region, in addition to obtaining data from the implantation area to verify the viability of building the bicycle path near the Igarapé Sapucajuba. Theoretical research was carried out to support the study, addressing the importance of accessibility in floodplain areas and technical issues related to these regions. In addition, a reference on the use of wood and field steps was carried out, including measurements and photographs, for a preliminary understanding of the environment. To obtain information from users, a questionnaire prepared in Google Forms was used. AutoCAD design software was used to create the layout and preliminary structure of the bike lane. Based on the collected data, which were used to define the project's premises, such as the useful and total width of the cycle path, as well as the choice of the side of the path to be implemented, the study demonstrated that the margin of the Igarapé Sapucajuba, as well as the igarapé itself with stilt structures, offer available and potential area for the implementation of the bike path. Furthermore, the study resulted in the definition of the essential elements for a preliminary project: built area, standard of finishing and basic unit cost. This conclusion was reached when considering all the factors described in the methodology and in the preliminary project, as they are in line with environmental principles, sustainable land use and applicable technical requirements.
