The supervised internship is a mandatory activity of the course and aims to provide a connection between theory and practice, allowing future professionals to observe, participate, reflect, and exchange ideas with teachers and students. The internship report was structured into four parts. The first part presents the characterization of the school, located in Bragança, with its facilities and available resources. The school offers education for youth and adults, covering different stages of EJA. The school's Political Pedagogical Project seeks to understand and respect the needs and realities of the students, using generative themes and contextualization to enhance the learning process. The second part of the report describes the subjects of EJA, who are adult workers from diverse occupations and socioeconomic conditions. Many of these students face learning difficulties due to their daily responsibilities and fatigue. The third part addresses the pedagogical characteristics observed during the classes. The supervising teacher utilizes strategies such as relating the content to the students' life experiences, presenting short written content on the board, and proposing reading and writing activities for the students to practice autonomously. The interaction between teacher and student is fundamental for the success of the teachinglearning process. In the final part, the interns describe the intervention project they developed, which was based on the activities carried out in the classroom. The project focused on the theme of "Textual Genres and Ethnomathematics" and aimed to address the students' difficulties in reading, writing, and basic mathematics, seeking alternatives to assist them in understanding the content. Activities were conducted that linked the project to the school timetable, aiming to develop intervention practices on textual genres and ethnomathematics for EJA students. O texto apresentado descreve um relato de experiência de estágio supervisionado na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), realizado por estudantes do curso de Licenciatura Plena em Pedagogia em uma escola municipal em Bragança, Pará, no período de setembro de 2019. O estágio supervisionado é uma atividade obrigatória do curso e tem como objetivo proporcionar a ligação entre teoria e prática, permitindo que os futuros profissionais observem, participem, reflitam e troquem ideias com professores e alunos. O relatório de estágio foi estruturado em quatro partes. A primeira parte apresenta a caracterização da escola, localizada em Bragança, com suas instalações e recursos disponíveis. A escola oferece educação para jovens e adultos, atendendo às diferentes etapas da EJA. O Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola busca conhecer e respeitar as necessidades e realidades dos alunos, utilizando-se de temas geradores e contextualização para melhorar o processo de aprendizagem. A segunda parte do relatório descreve os sujeitos da EJA, que são trabalhadores adultos de diversas ocupações e condições socioeconômicas. Muitos desses alunos enfrentam dificuldades de aprendizagem devido às suas atribuições diárias e ao cansaço. A terceira parte aborda as características pedagógicas observadas durante as aulas. A professora responsável pelo estágio utiliza estratégias como relacionar o conteúdo com as experiências de vida dos alunos, apresentar pequenos conteúdos escritos no quadro e propor atividades de leitura e escrita para que os alunos pratiquem autonomamente. A interação entre professor e aluno é fundamental para o sucesso do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Na última parte, é descrito o projeto de intervenção elaborado pelos estagiários, que se baseou nas atividades realizadas em sala de aula. O projeto tinha como tema "Gêneros textuais e etnomatemática" e buscou abordar as dificuldades dos alunos na leitura, escrita e noções básicas de matemática, buscando alternativas para auxiliá-los na compreensão dos conteúdos. Foram realizadas atividades que articulavam o projeto com o cronograma escolar, visando desenvolver práticas de intervenção sobre gêneros textuais e etnomatemática para os alunos da EJA. Em resumo, pretende descrever a experiência dos estudantes de Pedagogia em uma escola municipal, mostrando a importância do estágio como uma oportunidade de aprendizado, reflexão e conexão entre teoria e prática. Destacando a caracterização da escola, os sujeitos da EJA, as características pedagógicas observadas nas aulas e a elaboração e aplicação de um projeto de intervenção.
