Resumo:
The Angolan writer Ondjaki presents a unique and very relevant moment in the life of the human being in the novel Bom dia, camaradas (2003): childhood. In this article, through the eyes of a child narrator, the nuances experienced by children during the Angolan civil war will be observed. The friendships built at school and the moments of crisis and camaraderie contributed to the change in perspective of the young narrator in the novel. It is on this aspect that this article has built its analysis. We were struck by how the protagonist narrator portrays, in a childlike, pure and innocent way, the economic problems and social inequalities highlighted through emotional relationships in the school environment and in the moments when children meet outside of school, showing the harsh reality of the country with humor and beauty. The method used in the study was conducted through a careful and systematic reading of the book Bom dia, camaradas. The work, therefore, is a critical analysis of a bibliographical nature, in which we used the contributions of Adorno (2003), Bosi (1996) and Auerbach (2002) as our main theoretical support.
