Corpoesia is the combination of two nouns: Body and Poetry, which are clear to me in the intertwining of transfigured gestures (MENDES, 2010). This neologism occurred during the chaos of a pandemic year, with the loss of its identity, this body needed to find and find itself, dissecting the paths of its trajectories in dance and poetry. There was, therefore, the (re)encounter of the body – dance and the body – poem, intertwining art, creating Corpoesia, making it a dance of the self, a dance that comes from the depths of the creative performer. This article's main reference is autoethinography, with the author Sandra Meyer, starting from a fragment of a study with one's own body and one's own creation. Becoming a creator and creature, a researcher participating in my creative process in dance. Esta pesquisa apresenta a investigação preliminar do corpo-poema ao qual denominei Corpoesia3, na qual trago a relação da dança em meu corpo e as poesias escritas por mim. Corpoesia é a junção de dois substantivos: Corpo e Poesia, os quais me são claros no entrelace de gestos transfigurados (MENDES, 2010). Este neologismo se deu durante o caos de um ano pandêmico, com a perda de sua identidade, esse corpo precisou se encontrar e desencontrar, dissecando os caminhos por suas trajetórias na dança e na poesia. Houve, assim, o (re)encontro do corpo – dança e do corpo-poema4, entrelaçando a arte, criando o Corpoesia, tornando uma dança do eu, dança que vem do íntimo do intérprete criador. Este artigo tem como referência principal a autoetinografia, com a autora Sandra Meyer, partindo do fragmento de um estudo com o próprio corpo e a própria criação.
