This research was developed with the aim of presenting the importance of user-centred design
applied to the e-commerce segment and focuses on the development of web interfaces. The
aim is to propose the use of concepts that use the user as the central point of projects that seek
to create online sales tools, and thus develop virtual stores that meet the needs of all
audiences. Furthermore, accessibility is treated as an essential condition for the process of
building inclusive and efficient layouts. In addition, some user-focused design techniques are
addressed with the aim of adding value to research, to the user-centred method and mainly to
software developers. |
