Obtaining a good diagnosis, treatment planning and therapeutic procedures, fa-vours a multidisciplinary rehabilitation, being able to have a complete overview of the treatment to be performed, as well as a coordination of several specialties to solve dif-ferent problems found within. Patient JRLR, 62 years old, male, brown, diabetic type II and controlled hypertension, sought the Faculty of Dentistry of the Federal University of Para (FO-UFPA) complaining mainly about the size and color of the teeth. The dam-ages in the color and / or shape of the teeth may be treated with the use of different methods, and the approach should always be as conservative as possible and ensuring the basic aesthetic requirements. Oral rehabilitation of an individual can be achieved through simple and inexpensive techniques, even if this increases the time and number of procedures. This has a greater chance of reestablishing itself when there is a collabo-ration between professional and patient, both dedicating themselves towards the same goal. O sorriso harmonioso é uma exigência fundamental na vida social moderna, de modo que, a alteração do padrão de normalidade da estrutura dentária implica diretamente na necessidade de sua correção. O englobamento de um bom diagnóstico, planejamento do tratamento e procedimentos terapêuticos favorecem uma reabilitação multidisciplinar, podendo ter-se uma visão geral do tratamento a ser realizado, bem como uma coordenação de várias especialidades para resolver diferentes problemas encontrados. Paciente JRLR, 62 anos, gênero masculino, pardo, diabético tipo II e hipertenso controlado, procurou a Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade Federal do Pará (FO-UFPA) queixando-se principalmente do tamanho e cor dos dentes. Os prejuízos na cor e/ou forma dos dentes podem ser tratados a partir de diferentes métodos, sendo que a abordagem deve ser sempre aquela mais conservadora possível e que assegure os requisitos estéticos básicos. A reabilitação oral de um indivíduo pode ser alcançada através de técnicas simples e de baixo custo, mesmo que isto aumente o tempo de cadeira e o número de procedimentos.
