Among this project is EACINE. In its fourth edition, the project aimed to contribute to an EA learning for elementary school students II. For the data collection, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied with the list of open questions and a question of subjects of the sixth, seventh and eighth year of the Dom Mário College. It was built before and after a screening of the documentary "Man and Men" of the Live Coral Project, followed by a presentation of practices with the navies. After the qualitative analysis of the responses, it was possible to identify in 84.1% of the 63 participants, the increase of information in the answers and the comparatives previous to the documentary and in practice. When an analysis of the quantitative data of the answers of the students of the sixth year was made, there was an average increase of 8 points of correct answers and an increase of the average of 22 points of successes more and did not have the first impulse of 9 points of success. After environmental awareness when asked about activity as the major contribution to learning about sources, 73% of those who responded to teaching were important for learning. The sound, image and meaning quality parameters were considered excellent in all participating classes. It concludes that the use of audiovisuals to teach EA, with "Men and the Reefs", and the integral time has shown to have a great transforming power of opinion and an increase of the critical sense, being, in this way, an instrument of teaching and learning highly effective. O Programa Sala Verde Pororoca: espaço socioambiental Paulo Freire, convênio UFPA – MMA, criado em 2006, vem desenvolvendo trabalhos na esfera da Educação Ambiental (EA) e inclusão social por meio de subprojetos que utilizam o audiovisual como ferramenta de ensino. Dentre esse projeto está o EACINE. Em sua quarta edição, o projeto teve como objetivo contribuir para a aprendizagem em EA, para alunos do ensino fundamental II. Para coleta de dados, aplicamos um questionário semi-estruturado com quatro questões abertas e uma questão fechada aos alunos do sexto, sétimo e oitavo ano do Colégio Dom Mário. O mesmo foi aplicado antes e após a exibição do documentário “Homem e os recifes” do Projeto Coral-Vivo seguido de uma atividade prática com organismos marinhos. Após análise qualitativa das respostas, foi possível identificar em 84,1%, dos 63 participantes, o acréscimo de informações nas respostas em comparação às primeiras respostas dadas antes do documentário e atividade prática. Quando feita a análise dos dados quantitativos das respostas dos alunos do sexto ano, houve um aumento médio de 8 pontos de acertos a mais do que as respostas dadas antes da sensibilização ambiental, no sétimo ano houve aumento médio de 22 pontos de acertos a mais e no oitavo ano houve aumento médio de 9 pontos de acerto. Após a sensibilização ambiental quando perguntados sobre qual atividade trouxe maior contribuição para aprendizagem sobre corais, 73 % responderam que tanto o vídeo quanto a prática foram importantes para o aprendizado. Os parâmetros de qualidade som, imagem e conteúdo foram considerados excelentes em todas as turmas participantes.
