Centrifugal pumps, on the other hand, are hydraulic machines and have a very important role in the production chain in general by inserting energy into the system, propelling the fluids, mixing them, dosing them, etc. These pumps can fail during their operation, undesirable condition to the productive process, since it can trigger incalculable costs, this is where the techniques of predictive maintenance enter, techniques that will try to predict an approximate life time of these equipments, through the analysis Vibration, thermography, particle analysis of lubricating oil and / or even transported fluids, visual inspections, non-destructive tests, etc. This work has the purpose of defining and detailing the predictive maintenance techniques performed in the centrifugal pumps of a petrochemical plant in the municipality of Manaus. O setor industrial, em especial o setor petroquímico exige cada vez mais competitividade perante os seus concorrentes, no que concerne ao custo de manutenção, custo este muitas vezes indesejável ao processo produtivo dada a sua não-aceitação por parte dos gerentes. As bombas centrífugas, por sua vez, são máquinas hidráulicas e possuem um papel muito importante na cadeia produtiva de um modo geral inserindo energia ao sistema, impulsionando os fluidos , misturando-os, dosando-os, etc. Estas bombas podem vir a falhar durante a sua operação, condição indesejável ao processo produtivo, pois pode desencadear custos incalculáveis, é aí onde entram as técnicas de manutenção preditiva, técnicas estas que procurarão predizer um tempo aproximado de vida útil destes equipamentos, através da análise de vibração, termografia, análise de partículas do óleo lubrificante e/ou até mesmo dos fluidos transportados, inspeções visuais, ensaios não-destrutivos, etc. Este trabalho tem a finalidade de definir e detalhar as técnicas de manutenção preditiva realizadas nas bombas centrífugas de um planta petroquímica do município de Manaus. 2022-04-05T20:01:06Z 2022-04-05 2022-04-05T20:01:06Z 2017-06-28 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso SALVIANO, Davi Sousa.
