The research seeks to understand the role of
Scientific Initiation (SI) and its contribution to
the formation of the librarian trained at the
Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM).
Discusses research as a means of education and
as a means of knowledge construction in
undergraduate education. The research appears
as exploratory descriptive, using qualitative and
quantitative methods for data interpretation. collection occurred in the first moment
with academics who participated in the activity
of IC in the period 2000-2011, the second time
with teachers who guided IC projects not
necessarily in the same period. The results
showed it is possible to say that is true of the
positive impact on the lives of IC professionals
who participated in the research program at the
university. The research made possible as a
pedagogical practice encourages talent,
creative and critical to the ability and above all
innovation in the way of acting or operational
activities related to the occupation. |
