Despite the widespread dissemination, development and use of educational management and planning systems in industry and academia, research is still essential to investigate how technologies that specifically assist software development. In this way, this research carried out a systematic mapping that found out what types of techniques were implemented to support its development and which functionalities are present in management systems. The results reveal the wide use of functionalities related to data analysis to support decision, as for the development, a web platform stands out as the most chosen. |
