The Pergamum Library System was developed as an alternative
for the management of book booking and loan services for students of the
Federal University of Amazonas. However, the academic community that used the
tool presented some kind of difficulty for not knowing some
functionalities of it. In this context, user experience ratings
(User eXperience - UX) can collaborate in the identification of aspects that affect the
quality of use and the emotion aroused during the use of the library system,
besides being able to point out possible improvements. This article presents initial results of
a UX review. The results present initial perspectives on the
user satisfaction with the right interfaces and functionality so that the
user can perform their tasks with good performance. |
