This qualitative research aims to analyze in the Amazonian Curriculum Reference - RCA of Infantil Education, a proposal on the development of reading and speaking in children aged 4 to 5 years in different fields of experience. The theme in question had its genesis from the participant observation carried out in the Pedagogical Residency Program of the ICSEZ / UFAM Pedagogy Course in a Kindergarten School, in the city of Parintins - AM. For that, a bibliographical research and the analysis of the Amazonian Curriculum Reference of Early Childhood Education was carried out and it is based on the theoretical studies of Bakhtin (2003) Ferreiro (2003), Fonseca (2012), Ferrarizi Jr and Carvalho (2017), Corsino et al (2016), Costa et al (2016), Ferreira et al (2017), Fonseca (2012), Ferreiro and Teberosky (1999), Oliveira (2011), Rodrigues E Cerutti-Rizzatti (2011), Santos and Farago ( 2015 ), Vygotsky (2000-2010) and in the documents DCNEI (2009), BNCC (2017), RCA (2019). The results obtained during this study indicate that the objectives and pedagogical strategies and the Amazonian Curriculum Framework - RCA of Early Childhood Education for the development of oral language and reading are interdisciplinary and aim at the active participation of children in different communication situations and in multiple languages, actions are important to enhance children's linguistic development and reading practices. It is concluded that it is essential that educational institutions are committed to carrying out an education based on the linguistic development of children and on the formation of good readers based on Early Childhood Education.
