This Course Conclusion Work was developed within the scope of the Pedagogy Course at UFAM/IEAA, where we sought to analyze feelings of teacher (de)valuation in the municipal public network of Humaitá/AM from the question: How do teachers feel /as of the municipality of Humaitá - AM facing the teaching profession? In this sense, in general, we sought to analyze the feelings of teacher (de)valuation of teachers from the municipal public network of Humaitá/AM who work in the Initial Years of Elementary School. The methodological approach used in carrying out this research had a qualitative bias in education with an exploratory and interpretive character. For data collection, a semi-structured questionnaire was used. The questionnaire was answered by the teachers in a timely manner, ensuring social distancing due to COVID-19, which is still present in our midst. Regarding the results achieved, it was found that the feeling of (de)valuation shown by the teachers is subjective and is linked to the concepts of good and bad being teachers in the perspective of Rebolo and Bueno (2014). The survey found that none of the teachers participating in the study indicated being fully satisfied with the profession.
