In this sense, in general, we sought to analyze the feelings of teacher (de)valuation of teachers from the municipal public network of Humaitá/AM who work in the Initial Years of Elementary School. The methodological approach used in carrying out this research had a qualitative bias in education with an exploratory and interpretive character. For data collection, a semi-structured questionnaire was used. The questionnaire was answered by the teachers in a timely manner, ensuring social distancing due to COVID-19, which is still present in our midst. Regarding the results achieved, it was found that the feeling of (de)valuation shown by the teachers is subjective and is linked to the concepts of good and bad being teachers in the perspective of Rebolo and Bueno (2014). The survey found that none of the teachers participating in the study indicated being fully satisfied with the profession. O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Curso de Pedagogia da UFAM/IEAA, onde buscou-se analisar sentimentos de (des)valorização docente na rede pública municipal de Humaitá/AM a partir da problemática: Como se sentem os professores/as do município de Humaitá - AM frente a profissão docente? Neste sentido, de modo geral, buscou-se analisar os sentimentos de (des)valorização docente dos professores/as da rede pública municipal de Humaitá/AM que atuam nos Anos Iniciais do ensino Fundamental. A abordagem metodológica utilizada na realização desta pesquisa teve o viés qualitativo em educação com caráter exploratório e interpretativo. Para o levantamento de dados foi utilizado questionário semiestruturado. O questionário foi respondido pelos/as professores/as em tempo oportuno, garantindo o distanciamento social por causa da COVID-19 que ainda encontra-se presente em nosso meio. Com relação aos resultados alcançados, verificou-se que o sentimento de (des)valorização evidenciado pelos/as professores/as é subjetivo e está ligado aos conceitos de bem e mal estar docente na perspectiva de Rebolo e Bueno (2014).
